About
Synopsis
The presentation will focus on cuspated geocomposite drainage systems for earthworks, landfill, mining and tunnel applications, supported by project case studies.
Earthworks Drainage
Geocomposite drainage systems provide an efficient alternative to traditional granular drainage, reducing material use, installation time, cost and environmental impact.
Landfill Drainage
Geocomposites provide high-capacity drainage within landfill caps, controlling rainwater infiltration, maintaining soil stability on steep slopes and protecting the underlying geomembrane.
Mining
Applications include leak detection, drainage and remediation, providing effective water management and integrated drainage and containment solutions.
Tunnel Drainage
Preformed cuspated drainage systems provide effective groundwater management in tunnel walls and inverts. In invert applications, they can replace conventional crushed stone and pipe drainage, providing high flow capacity, rapid installation and improved resistance to calcification.
